Well? I'm about to change mine for the first time and I have just under 75,000 miles.

 

wow lucky u... mine started making squeeking noises around 30k... would lasted to 40 but didnt want that annoying sound

 

66k, just changed mine out this weekend.

 

Mine have 77k on them, going to change them in april.

I am replacing mine, but does anybody have suggestions on a good brand? I was going to get Axxis Deluxe Advanced Brake pads...but I'm not sure..

 

I have a little over 32K miles on mine and I have about 50% left on them...

Yeah, I'm trying to decide if I should go back with the OEM/ Semimetalic or Ceramic....

 

^^^You've gone 75K miles on OEMs, the choice is obvious!

 

however 50.XXX on Axxis pads

 

dealer made me change mine around 55k

 

looks like i got the poop end of the stick- i had to change my pads at ONLY 14K MILES!!!!!!! all the stop n go here in nyc is killer man.... had to get the discs resurfaced too.

im at 24k miles on the dot right now and the front brakes feel a little funny. next time im going to the dealer for an oil change (25k miles), i'm going to ask what the problem with the front brakes. when i am on an uphill and reversing, as i apply the brakes, i hear a knocking sound coming from the front wheel wells.

when the dealer tells me the problem, im going to take my car to a non-dealer mechanic and have it fixed ;-D l0l

 

I have almost 65,000 miles on my box and still am on the original brake pads and shoes. I am looking into swapping them out soon for some higher performance pads.

 

I changed mine @ 74,000. They still had a Little left on them.

 

After being screwed at the dealer when my brakes wore out at 14k miles (i paid nearly $340 for new pads + resurfacing rotors - i didnt know before hand), i am now planning on buying brand new Brembo rotors and kevlar or ceramic brake pads.

the stock pads wore out at 14k. assuming they used the same type of pads when they replaced mine, i figure i have to do the brakes again at 28k miles or more. i'm at about 24k miles now. so i'm going to buy these components within the next couple of months.

 

I'm just a few miles short of 96K and the fronts are starting feel a little rough. Had to replace a wheel bearing a few weeks ago and the backs were still good. I'm tempted to drive it until it chews the rotors and then I'll have an excuse to get some slotted ones...

 

I'm about to hit 40K & just barely started hearing some noise. Prolly gonna change em to some Hawk pads soon.

 

We don't have any horsepower so we don't do any high speed stops,hahaha.
