Default machineing cusco plates

i have the easystreet strut and i have pos cam and i have a set of cusco plates but they wont fit over the ESS has anyone machined a set of cusco plates to fit over the ESS if so what diamiter did you go? i know what randode did to fix the problem but i need a video to see what he is taking about i dont want to grind them out in the wrong direction if there is anyone that lives in socal or temecula area that has done the randode fix please chime in help me out please
