Default Sportmax 002 rim newb question

Im looking to get Sportmax 002's, I will run stock tires, and hopefully eventually get stechs. I plan on rolling my fenders, but not pulling them. I want my tires to sit relatively flush to the fenders, but no so much that I have to get into camber and offset and all that ____. I want little to no rubbing..

I know Im asking a lot, but if someone who knows what they are talking about could chime in and tell me what size rim Im looking for that would be fantastic, THANK YOU!!

PS: I have done plenty of searches, but like I said, Ima newb, and all the numbers that I see just mean nothing to me...

Well, the 002s stick out past the fender.

You might consider the 501s instead. The 15 offset will bring them flush, and you're not going to have the rubbing issue.

Hmm, how much rubbing occurs with the 002's? Is there any width of 002's that doesnt rub? I just really like the look of the 002.

The 002 does come in a 15x7 with a +38 offset. You will not rub no matter what you do. I do agree with burstaneurysm look into the 501's. I was running df210's with echo struts and a 5mm spacer in the rear. I rubbed but only on the little seam on the side of the tire. Looking at the tire you couldn't tell there was rubbing.

With the 15x7, you lose most of the lip... just so you know.

I'm running 15x7 501s and I actually like the 1" lip.

What is "lip" actually referring to?

I have the 002 in 15x8 with 0offset and love the look. I'm into the way they stick out past the fender too. My personal opinion is go with that set up.

Are you lowered or anything? What about your tires, are they stock?

Tires are 205/50 with Tenabe NF210's. The rears rub when I hit a dip at speed but that's about it. It should be a little lower in my opinion.

Hmmmm, now my next question is:

Can you get sportmax 002's with only the 4x100 lug pattern? Im not a big fan on the multiple lug holes, and if this is the case I may just be changing my choice to the Konig B Bombs :D

Hi, I'm planning on getting a set of black 501s on 205-50-15 Nitto Neogen tires, their 15x8 with +15 offset, would I need any spacers for the front or the rear? I currently have the stock 15" scion rims, not the stealies, and the front sometimes rubs on my front air bag, so I think I might need spacers for the front. Any suggestions or thoughts?

The front looks pretty good the way it is. For the rear I would run a 5 mm spacer. I have them and thats I did.
