Scary stuff guys. Here is some food for thought.. Want a free car over the next 100K miles worth of driving? Just did the math.

A gas sucking SUV that gets 15MPG would use 6666.666 gallons of fuel over 100K miles, scary how that number came up huh That is $26,666.66 in fuel @ $4 a gallon.

Now get rid of that money drain and get say a scion XD, XA, Yaris or Civic, somthing that can get 38mpg or above. Over that same 100,000 miles you would use 2631.57 gallons of gas which at $4 a gallon = $10,526.31 in fuel cost.

A difference of $16,140.35 Which is what I paid for my XD *LOL* So over my old SUV I sold off, over a 100K mile period, I will have a free car out of it, of course minus the tax, title, licence and finance charges hahahaha.

 

we have tc, civic, 4runner, and ml....I think if you're smart about which cars you drive where....seems like u have 3 cars right now as well...but all urs are good gas mileage cars lol.

 

Yeah, sold the 4runner to get the xd. Smartest thing I have done in a long time The gas savings a month over my long commute almost pay for the car payment haha.
