Default How wide can you go on the xA?

My wife and I are doing some wheel shopping for her xA.

We were wondering how wide of a wheel can go on the back of the xA. Do you think a 9.5" will fit? The xA rear wheel well is so wide. I think it will be close. Anyone running anything close to 9.5"

it all depends on the offset of the wheels

I think the offset for the 962's are either a 35 or a 38. I think they will fit cause they fit on an xB and they are the same car. You will need a 10mm or 15mm spacer though. With that set-up plan on it stick out from the fender about an inch.

The lower the offset the more it will stick out.

You won't need spacers with 9.5Js. I reckon that's the widest you could go on the xA, actually... F8.5, R9.5 should be phat.

yeah, if you look at the 962's the 7.5" lip is bigger than the 8.5" lip, which I dont understand, so I figured do the 8.5 up front and 9.5 in rear like you said. I will check into it a little more. thanks for everyones input.

A co-worker here was able to fit the Falken Hanabi 17x9 ET20 in the rear.
