I had to take the 18" TRDs off due to the rough ride but mostly cause they were causing me to lose some miles per tank...

These are the 15x8 Axis Oldskools with a 3" lip. At first I was iffy but I've noticed that hardly anyone has gold wheels on their BCP xBs, here in Chicago! I actually like the way they look and they also stick out just a bit, although I think I need a 5 or 10mm spacer in the rear. I bought these brand new from Wheelsnext.com!!!

Let me know what you guys and gals think!!!

Those look pretty good. And downsizing for comfort and mpg is good. They're probably a bit lighter than some 18s...

 

It's funny cause they ride a bit rougher than my steelies but definitely ride better than the 18s...

 

cool stuff. i'm looking to see what wheels i want to replace my 18" trd's with as well ... i'm just worried about riding lower (i'm on htechs and it looks like you are too?) and the empty space in the wheel well ...

 

you know I just did the same thing....funny I almost bought the exact same wheels....you need rear spacers to get the stance right

 

^^^I already have OTG 10mm spacers on the rear. I need a bit more...

Just wondering, why are the 18's causing you to lose some miles per gallon? I have 18's too, love the look but do hate the ride somewhat! I get about 30mpg.

 

^^^With the lighter 15s, I'm getting about 34 mpg...

Damn I wish I could get my CC paid off so I could order these wheels. Every time one of you guys get a set, I cry a little inside.

So you're running a 10mm spacer now? How much more do you think it would take to get the rear flush?

I know it's a huge request, but I'd love to see pics straight down the side of the car (F&R) to see how flush they are. If it's a bunch or trouble, don't sweat it though. Wheels look nice!!

You still running the H Techs? That's what about an inch drop?
