TRD Exhaust
Its pretty easy, just unbolt the very last portion of your exhaust and stick on the new one. Do not forget to put on the gasket inside between your new exhaust. To get the exhaust off the hangers just wedge something in there to pry it out from the back.
Here are the PDF instructions for the TRD exhaust if you still need help

Depends on the quality and type of exhaust. It might be a cat-back or an axle back. Some brands cheap out and make you cut off the flange and have a slip-fit style but the concept is the same. If you haven't already purchased the TRD exhaust, I'd look into Magnaflow's cat-back. Very nice. I use it with my turbo setup and the tone is very subtle and deep. Has a really nice tip on it as well.
I haven't the slightest idea to be honest. Google it and see if any pictures pop up to help you figure it out. I know alot of people on SL run that exhaust. Post some pics when you get it done!
