Default adjusting coilovers?

to adjust coilovers, i see in the manual for the k-sports you are susposed to take them off then adjust them, or can you do it while there still on the car?

it depends on what you are trying to adjust... if you are trying to lower the car, i would assume this question is for your tc, for the front, you just need to jack up the car, take off the wheels and the bolts that holding onto the lower part of the suspension and then lower the car. same goes for the rear. you dont have to take it off the car and lower it... i always do it this way both from my old car and my tc. both had ksport. but remember, if you had alignment done after you lowered it and want to go lower, you would need to get another alignment.

I ordered ksport for my XB like two weeks ago and they were on backorder sp they should be coming in anytime now.

I'd also like to know how to adjust the hieght.

How do you know that everything is equal and the weight is equally distributed

as for the height, i measure them down to mm... if you can imagine this: lower portion of the locking perch, i usually have it at 10mm... the next locking perch to the other is about 25mm, then from the top of that one to the next bottom locking perch is about 40mm... and thats about it... then i just copy the measurement to the other side... i dont have to measure how much the spring compressed to see if they are even on both sides. they should be since i just mirrored the measurement to the other side. i know it sux without pics but hopefully you can imagine it somehow. as for weight distribution, you need to get it corner balanced if you want it even on all corners.

oh and i just went to ksport facility in az... pretty laid back guys. cool guys to deal with. i went just to pick up some parts that i needed since i was in az for vacation this past weekend.
