Default Slowing down Air Ride Suspension?

I've got 1/2" valves and lines on my setup and want to see about slowing it down now. i found these and think they should do the trick for me.

My question is (maybe a stupid one but oh well ) how many of these will i need to buy? I have 8 valves total. 4 for the front and 4 for the back?
Am I gonna have to buy 4 fill controls and 4 dump controls? Any help would be appreciated. I want a slower lift and dump now.

Yea you got the right parts I use regular ball valves from lowes to slow down my drop not sure if I would trust them to be air tight for fill lines tho
