Default How about these rims?

I'm looking at getting my first set of rims for my Hot Lava xB. I like these American Racing Hustler rims in 18" and getting the chrome inserts powder coated to match my car. Just looking for some opinions on it. Thanks

I like 'em!...
If you don't get them...please...no Sportmaxx or Drag wheels! Everybody and their mother has them.

Get someone to photoshop them on a picture of your ride before your buy them. It may not look like you think. Then again they may look great wtih the hotlava inserts.

They look good up until the cheap-a$$ clearcoat starts to peel and not to mention all those extra unnecessary lug holes! You get what you pay for...

I never noticed how much everyone likes the same type of rims on this site. I saw these rims up close and personal and they really look nice. They are defiantly not Walmart rims either, but I guess to each his/her own. Oh yeah, photoshopping is a good thing to do. I don't really know how to do it, but my wife will do it for me and i will post a pic for those who are interested.

I am the one with the wally's sold rim joke!(SORRY) I do like the wheel but I think there is to much chrome. It would be cool if the inserts could be painted Hot Lava!

If you like em, then get em. If you post a thread asking for opinions, be prepared to get ones that you may not agree with.

It's your car; if it works for you then do it.

hey don't knock American Racing, they make good stuff. I got a set of the Zuka rims in the HyperBlack and they look good and I have hit a few potholes that i thought would damage the rim, but so far its all good!! haha. Hey man, if you took those rims up there and painted the black part Hot Lava and left the chrome bits.. now THAT would be HOTTT.

Well my wife photoshopped the rims at the house and they did not look like what i wanted. the orange was actually too much in its layout on the spokes.

Anyways I have already decided on what rims i am getting and will be putting them on tormorrow. I went with the Widetracks (90mm up front/120mm in back).

Sportmaxx or Drag wheels are the belly button wheels of the xB world. Why bother with them? The idea is to be different , right?

Can't find anything on the new line up of XXR wheels. Got a direct link to them you'd care to share?
