^i was thinkin bout getting this bkuz it had a key as well. it was 30bucks shipped so, thats a pretty good price. wat u guys think about white painted stocks with blue lugs?

^yes that is where the OP should of posted this, and you shouldn't put aftermarket lug nuts with your factory wheels because with time it will break the bolts and your wheels will roll off in a different direction than the car. if you really want blue lug nuts then sent yours to get powdercoated for a nice blue finished look.

 

Or, you could be cheap and spray-can them.

heck no and why put wheel locks on your stockies? also those oem lug nut locks are cheap because the middle of the wheel lock will get messed up with time and then you will have to break the bolt just to remove the lock.

 

err. theres some stupid people around here. my friend got jacked for his fatfives on his teggie. i was like..'whaaaaaaatttt..?!" so i shouldnt get locks? understood!

 

i guess its all preferance. if you think you might need them get them. im not sure if the ones on ebay are the best or not though.

 

i was gon get oem ones off ebay. that guy sells oem stuff for pretty cheap. but aciddrop says that i shouldn't get locks bkuz it might break.

 

powercoating lug nuts isnt a good idea, better to get them anodized.

 

^let me guess, so people can eye his wheels and try to jack them right? as he stated, he doesn't want people to be eyeing his painted stockies with colored lug nuts and try to jack them, plus powdercoating looks awesome as well.

 

oh no they don't break but i mean that the thread of the lock keys gets messed up easily if your the type that is always changing parts on your suspension because the key is made from cheap metal or whatever it is material. happened to a friend and i had to break it off just to remove his wheel, was easy but still not worth it.

 

too much white I think... If i were you I'd save up for some diamond cut gt-p with some red rays extended lugs, and than get some wheel locks

 

no, so it could last longer, powercoating the lug nuts will still cause them to chip.

and who would steal stock wheels anyway?? (now that i think about it, didnt somebody get theres jacked? they left him on crates no? lol)
