I was wondering if the 7443 base from the rear wiring harness will fit in the front 7440 socket. Reason I ask is I am thinking about removing my stock running light and wiring it to the front turn signal as a dual filament style.

 

so wat will your blinker be? and your lights at night will be gone in the back??

 

My front turn signal will light up amber with the running lights and flash brighter with turn signal. My rear turns will remain stock. I am just curious if the plug that fits in the rear turn signal socket will fit in the front socket.

Ok, so what I am hoping for is someone to unhook their 7443 light socket from their taillight and see if it fits in the 7440 socket in the front turn signal socket. I have TYC's and the rear is a 7440.
