the 2 on the hood are NOT illegal (my washer sprayers) so i wont have any problems with that and for the lights i can turn them off when i turn on my actual lights! so its all good.

Here in liberal CA everything you do to your car is illegal.

Tint: not legal unless factory tint (yes means all windows including the back window)
Overlays and Tint on lights: not legal
Intake / Exhaust: recently made illegal for CAI and Cat Backs even if they used to have a CARB # for use in CA. (was informed by a maintenance shop of this change)

Been digging around to verify the intake exhaust legality, anyone good with searching the web find the vehicle codes for CA?
