15 mm rear shims
Where should I look for these? There's a site that sells them but it must be old or something.

Yeah I want it to look nicer and have a wider rear width for cornering.

Correct, it will bring the rears out even with the fronts. Just make sure your wheels and tires will allow it without rubbing. I'm 1.5 dropped with TRD 18s and 215/35 tires and have zero rubbing.

Okay, I took off the wheels, removed the abs cable, and took out the 4 12mm bolts.
I can't get the brake drum off the axle...
I thought it would just come off, based on the instructions, and considering that there are no bolts fastening it now.
Am I forgetting something?
