Default lug nuts that won't rust (hey it rhymes!)

I'll be needing a set for some sportmax wheels.. what's the cheapest locking ones I can get?

Weight / color doesn't matter. As long as they won't break / rust.

How much did you get yours for?

=)

Slow day today??

Well, what about these ones I found on the 'bay?

These guys (Tuner Nuts) says that spline keys are more prone to crack, what are your experiences?

Looks to me spline nuts are less likely to rust, as long as I get a good set that won't have the key break on me.

I'm new to the rims / nuts scenes so I can't tell which ones are of good quality and which ones aren't... all suggestions appreciated!

Either a set of spline nuts/key that won't crack..
Or a set of Tuner nuts that won't rust..

how much are you willing to throw down on a set?
that will be a big factor in the kind that you get and the quality (obviously)...

if you're looking for low-medium end, go with some mcgards or gorilla lugs. TiTek is another option.

if you're looking for lightweight-high end, go with rays or work or any of the jdm aftermarket tuners.

Aiming for less than $40.

I'll check out the brands you mentioned, thanks.

Anyone had gorilla nut / locks broken on them before?

$40...don't know if you can get aluminum ones for that much...as for rust, put a little antiseize and you'll be good to go. But for under $40 you should be fine with gorillas. I've had a couple sets and they didn't break.
