safety feature

I ran off the road with my scion xb and the safety feature that keeps the car
from starting kicked in. Does anyone know how to reset this feature and where
is it located??

We have suck a feature? I ran off the road the other day as my coke was spilling all over the place, my traction control kicked in, but nothing died.
