Default Monroe Rebate Now.

For those thinking of stepping up to Monroes, they are having a rebate thing right now. You get a fifty dollar rebate check when you buy 2 sensatrac struts and 2 rear shocks.

So you have to buy all four right? Can't just buy the rears?

You can get just the rears but the rebate might be less.

That would be my guess as long as you submit a copy of your receipt and whatever other hoops you gotta jump thru for manufacturers rebates.

Put it this way... I replaced the stock garbage struts and shocks as soon as I could because they rode WAY too stiff. The Monroes gave the xB the ride quality it should have gotten from the factory!

Sadly, I don't know what I need to soften my ride. But if my research has shown me anything, it is that I need the Monroe Sensatrac 5987 in my stock height xB. What could help the front? I really feel the nasty freeways of LA in my box.

What else would be good? How much can I expect the entire set up to cost me? How's the install process? Is it DIY or service shop?
