Default Decision made...

so in the next couple of months I will be going with my 3rd suspension setup. I will be going with ksport kontrol pros. Is there anything i should be aware of before doing the switch? mind you, i have done all the previous work myself so i am pretty familiar with my car but i know sometimes there are little steps or precautions that can end up saving time and frustrations.

I am running koni adjustables with sportlines right now and i love the ride, but i have gotten addicted to the low ride and now i want to go lower. these will be up for sale after i get the install done and i am happy with the results.

Thanks for the help!

The ksports will be a lot rougher ride, so be ready for that. The install is much easier than changing your springs out, because you are replacing the whole strut.

The only real pain I ran into was adjusting the front to its lowest possible point where the wheels would not scrape. I was jacking the car up, removing the strut bolt, turning the threads and then putting the car down to see where I was. This took forever.

Hey andrew how is the drop with the koni's and sportlines? any problems?
I was thinking about doing that exact setup, but debating on koni's vs trd...

The konis and eibach setup is great. the drop is probably a total of about 2.5 inches. with the konis adjusted to the softest setting you have a pretty good ride quality with decent handling. with it set to the hardest setting you lose basically all ride quality but you gain excellent handling and control.

so it really depends on what you are looking for. but over all i like the setup, i am just looking now for something a little lower.
