Default Asking for opinions

Hi Everyone,

I am in the process of purchasing an xB, but need some help.
I asked a couple of dealerships to search for a 2008 Gold RS model, but a lot of them would not help. I found one that was returned to the dealership with 1200 miles and their asking price is $18,895.

Do you think this is a good deal?

Update:

Another dealership told me to ask for $2000 less and fight for a good interest rate.

It's a buyers market honestly. If you can get it for $2k less that is a pretty good deal considering the mileage. Good luck with the interest rate though. Unless you have EXCELLENT credit, you are going to get hit hard.

Thanks for the input. I appreciate your time.

The dealer who told me to ask for less also said there is no pure pricing on Previously Owned Scions. So I should be able to get it down. Yes. I have excellent credit.

Update: I loked at the KBB pricing for a private seller and the value of the car is around 16800 in excellent condition.

So I think the other dealler was right on point when he told me to ask for 2000 of fthe asking price.

I'm going to go with this ammo. Wish me luck.
