Default +37 offset on my new rims

I Just bought some 19" wheels off ebay, they are 19x8 with a +37 offset. I also have the trd springs on my car. i was wondering how that offset will effect my car? will the rimms be flush with the wheel wells? or will they rub my brakes? any knowledge would be appreciated? also tire suggestions are welcome

(im gonna paint them either gunmetal or maybe body matched flint mica)

They look nice, and I wish I had answers to your questions. I do have a question of my own...Why would you spend the money if you don't have the answers to your questions???

1. At that price I could always flip them and make some money
2. Im 99% sure they will work, and if anything i might need a spacer
