Default Alignment or Rotors?

2005 Xb I know my car needs a slight alignment. If I take my hands off of the steering wheel it does pull slightly to the right. So I know it needs one. But, lately as I try to stop or slown down the car does a small shaking. And the steering wheel does the same thing. Took it to a alignment place yesterday and they said the shaking has nothing to do with the alignment. That it sounds like to them it's a rotor that is warped. He told me to take off the front wheels and see that it doesn't have a lump in the tire first. And if not then it's definitly a warped rotor causing me to shake like that.

Does that sound about right???

That sounds about right to me. Check the tires over real good though. It's very possible the tires may not look bad enough to need a change. I had one tire that looked perfectly fine, ending up the steel belt was bad causing my car to pull left and shake like you mentioned.
