My xB has been lowered and I need to put orig springs back in. Will the 08/09 stock springs work?

I know a guy put gen 1 S-Techs on a gen 2. So i'm sure they'd fit on, but the ride would be stiff as hell with the heavier spring rate.

one could reason that you could put any spring set in that would fit in the perches, but that doesn't make it right... or SAFE..
