i've heard that u can use the heat shield with this header...is that true?

 

the only way to use the stock head shield with any header is you have to do some welding and reconfiguring....bump for a great header i like mine a lot and sounds great

i've always heard this was the best header for the tc.. but i gotta ask does it make the car sound overly raspy? i have injen intake, concept g exhaust, and soon megan s pipe.. how would it sound with those? im possibly interested in this

 

the alphawerk header is the best for a reason. it really doesnt give rasp at least with my setup i had. injen intake alphawerks header and skunk2 catback. really sounded the way i wanted my car to sound, awesome. im sure it would sound very similar to your set up, that concept g exhaust is a great exhaust
