heres my opinion if you're gonna ship it out...i recently shipped a head out to someone from Louisiana coming from MD and i should have used a flat rate box instead of packaging it myself because it cost me almost $45 that weighed 34 lbs...thats if you even care lol. anyways good luck!

 

What company did you use to ship it?

 

i used usps, but i had already put it in my own box and sealed it up, so put it in a flat rate box because if it fits and weighs under 70 lbs and is within the USA, then it shouldnt cost more then $14.

 

did you remove the head if so how did you get the head bolts out? i been trying for over 2 months and i cant find how to take out the head bolts with out stripping it

 

I hope SandMPerformance doesn't mind, but you need a 12 point bi-hex tool...I borrowed mine from my friend and it worked great. He told me he bought it online. Or you could find a different one. Good luck.

thank you tcinvasion3, that is true about the hex tool. i do not like to ship, because in the past i have had bad experiences with shipping companies not being careful with my products. austin, i will get you a shipping quote.

 

oh, and streetracer99x, be careful with the head bolts. the 2AZ has been known to have the head bolts strip the threads in the block.

 

i ended up using a t55 star, but whatever you do dont use a cheap 3/8 extention or ratchet for that matter...
