For a tucked look on 17s, you'll need more than just 2" drop. It may be worth it to bag and slam. If you don't want to go with bags, you could do some STDs (not sure if they work on the xA or not) which offer up to 5" super slamin ground snoochin action. The only probs with those... you're looking at the cost of a bag setup without bags. For serious gap, you might work well with a 17x7.5 on a 32 offset which should allow the wheel to fit just inside... don't know if there would be any rubbing issues or not. A slight neg camber (about -1.2) would help finish off the tuckage quite nice without making it look all splayed-out.

Good luck! Don't forget to post up pics of the current ride.

If you're not rubbin, your wheels aren't wide enough... if you're not grindin, your suspension isn't low enough.

HI thanx for the reply.i dnt really kno much about cars so when u say 23 offset what do u mean?and i kno i said i want the wheel to tuck, but if to get it tucked on my scion xa and 2" drop is not enough tahts not good, cuz i dnt have money for airbags suspension i only can afford lowering springs....since the 2" wont be enough to tuck will it at least the fender be right on top of the tire?cuz ill accept the fender right on top of the tire, not touching off course but the fender as close as possible to the tire.sry for my bad grammar.thank you for the help

xAs are harder to achieve the look you want because they look taller in stock form.
Check out other peoples xAs with spring and bag drops to get an idea. You could do coil overs cheaper than bags but either way daily drivability will suffer.
17x7 wheels with 205/40 tires with 35mm offset and 2 inch springs are a good safe mix.

xA with another Fabulous kit (18s for sure on air suspension)

Go to the top of the page here. Under Features click registry. Then go to the xA option and go down thru everyones vehicles. You can see what springs/ wheels ad other combos they are running. Most even have pics.
