Default New XXR 522 Wheel Line

Hey guys I got my hands on the new XXR Wheel Catalog a few days ago and brought out a new sick wheel for 2010. These 522's are the shizznit. Finish comes in various colors. Hit up your local XXR retailer for availablility.

Here's the shot of my teammate Omar aka Omarxb951 with the wheels on at his photoshoot for the catalog.

What yall think?

Rota's have no stance capability. Hellacaved! LOL. There's 2 other wheels too. I'll post them up soon.

If you guys wanna call for a quote on the 522's hit up Nolimitzind on here. He's a sponsor. ask for the Kirby XXR discount.

I am not a fan. They looked like a failed attempt to copy the Rota's. And the Rota's are a failed attempt to copy the TE37. This wheel is full of fail. Looks like an abnormal crown.

^Thats your opinion and your entitled to it. I actually like the way these look. Not just because my cars on the catalog but because it's a different look on a 1st gen. I would definitely rock these as my dailies, but gotta keep my BBS. The price is just perfect in my opinion, not everybody can afford expensive wheels. Pllus the gold on these looks a bit nicer than on the rotas. The rotas are nice too, just a bit more expensive.

im not sure how far you can go without shims/spacers with 18s i had 18 x 81/2 +40 i belive and was about to touch on the inside of the fender well..but that was a high offset,im now running 17x8 not sure of offset but its low i was told 0 but does not really stick out like a 0 and i rub my inner fender sometimes.does anyone know how i can measure it to find out what i have the stickers and stampings on my wheels are faded..all i can make out is the 17x8.

find the center of the wheel and see how far the hub of the wheel is from center. you can use a yarn, or fishing line, thread or whatever attached to a washer to simulate the center line so you can measure. the distance from that line to the hub is the offset. if the hub is on the outer part of the wheel relative to that line, it is a positive offset. if it is towards the inner part of the wheel it is negative offset. offset is measured in millimeters.

Thumbs up I dig the 513s more... and just bought em!

This is the first time I've ever done anything to mod a car of mine besides audio upgrades. I've owned close to 30 cars in my life and my '04 Scion xB is one of, if not my number 1 favorite.

Instead of buying a newer car, I'm opting to get my Box looking good and continue enjoying it for a while longer.

First up, was the purchase of a set of 513s in gun metal. Damn they look great!

Next up, cat back exhaust and cold air intake, then a paint job, then an audio upgrade. I can't wait!

U-Dad, love those 513's and the fact that you can run some real tires and not rubber bands is great too. I bet they ride great. How much for the wheels tire package?

Hey, Barry.

Thx. I got them at San Diego Tire and Wheel here in town. The 16" rims and four Kumhos cost $700 with a 5% cash discount.

They were super helpful and answered all my questions.

Very nice and a great price too!

I have a set of heavy 18's with rubber band tires. They look cool but ride like a jolt wagon and cost 3x what you paid. I'd like to get a set exactly like yours for daily drivers. I bet my performance, ride comfort and gas milage would go way up. Maybe with my tax refund......
