Default Which Coilover kit should i go with???

ok so ive got about 1000 dollars to spend on a coilover kit. I'd like to get bags but dont think i can find a bag kit for a grand.
so i have been studying coilover kits and i wanna be able to drop it as low as i can. litterally sittin on the ground. is there any coilover kits out there in my price range that will allow me to do that. i have been looking at the megan racing damper kit.
http://www.raceinspired.com/p-18673-...iliateid=10065
i currently have skunk 2 springs on but like every other xb owner... i wanna go lower and not have to squint my eyes before every single bump.
But yeah so im basically looking for really low and smooth ride and handling.
any suggestions???

ok thanks... i dont know much at all about air bags because i have been mainly looking at coilovers. he did say that the compressor is out... does it come with everything that i will need. what about the compressor. will i have to get another one of those. i saw that there was other stuff included with it. what will have i have to do to my car before i did do bags. such as fender rolling or anything???
i'll make an account on scinergy and talk to him about it too.
but if you have anything else for me let me know.

I haven't done much in the way of airbag research either. He did have a compressor out, however he's got another one. I do know this, bagging is about the same as running new coils/struts/shocks. The only prep work you would need to do is the same as running coilovers. Since you are in Murfreesboro, Big Hungry or Gothbox might be able to offer some visual pointers on the prep work.

bags will cost you at least twice as much as coilovers. Most people that go cheap on air the first time around, end up spending much more upgrading it than they would have spent had they done it right the first go round. STD coilovers are said to be one of the lowest. I am running Progress right now and they go super low, and cost under 800.00.

Nice. I just ordered this:
http://www.ez-bakedcustomz.com/about...gen-1-xb-kits/

with it, you just need the bags, which is the cheapest part of the system. EZ is the man when it comes to air systems. His products are top quality, and his service is excellent. And the XB on his site is his, he cares a great deal about the Scion community.

EZ has a new billet mount he makes with a UA bag, the lowest drop possible, they are 3 something. The fronts, you can get Randode's Air Stunners (KYB strut with a bag on it) for 610.00, they go super low too. Dancar420 makes the same ones too. Or get Easy Street fronts and get EZ's top plates for more drop on them. not sure what the ES run, but EZ's plates are only like 40.00 bucks.

stay with the coil overs if you do significant and hard driving. They are much more reliable. I put 95,000 miles on my coils when I sold my XB without failure or change in performance. I had Progress coils with Koni's in the rear

this is a good kit. If you talk to EZ though, i'm sure he may be able to put a full kit together for you.
