For sale is a polished Fujita CAI 07+ in good condition. The main piping to the throttle body is usually cleaned every so often so it is kept with a shine. I changed the filter not too long ago so it is now running with a brand new filter. For those that are concerned with the CEL turning on, this will not and usually kept off unless you have an old filter or something not securely in place. I never got a CEL from day 1. There is one pipe that has some rubbing which is fairly common amongst all Fujita CAI's and doesn't really affect performance. It is NOT noticeable and can stick on some foam or rubber piece to act as a guard from additional rubbing. Other than that, it is in top condition and will include all mounting materials that originally came with the CAI. Letting this go for $120 shipped.

This sounds like a good deal. I would totally buy it, but I'm honestly scared of the CEL coming on. I'd rather not have to deal with bothering with all that stuff. I drive an 08, and if you are sure that it won't turn on and give me the option to return it if it does come on, then I'd buy it.

 

good try but i don't think so. none of that "i wanna return it cause it i don't like it anymore" hassle. buy as is....improper installation is a user error. i also drive an 08 and i am 100% sure that it does not pop out a CEL as i have this on for about a little over a year with a fresh filter. like i said before only time to get a CEL is if something is not secured in properly and some how get raw air into the intake or a bad/old filter. once it is installed and been driven on the road...it is yours. period.

i also have this intake mines on my 07 and it never tripped a cel and ive never had any problems with it either. i used a small peice of duct tape for the rubbing
