I was all day polishing up my OG Old Skools for spring/summer installation on my box, and I noticed that the black screws around the rim are fading away. Im probably not the 1st one to ask this, but... are they removable? Has anyone ever tried? Outcome?

Gut feeling tells me they're not, but it sure would be nice to repaint them.

 

i think someone has drilled out the rivets you are talking about.im pretty sure on the knock off wheels its just for looks and has no use..

 

yeah it sucks that they're fading but you could always just tape up the wheel surrounding them and just paint em that way
