Default xb coilovers on an xa?

i've always assumed the coilovers from one vehicle would swap onto the other and vice versa. i think i assumed this from look at progress coils and the fact they go on both vehicles.

has anyone tried this?

that being said, i purchased a set of tein basic xb coils for my xa and i'm gonna mount them anyways. since suspension from either vehicle will physically mount to the other, i'm guessing it's just spring rates since the xb is stiffer in the front and softer in the rear. if no one has an answer, i will be posting up my results within the next week or so. worse comes to worst i'll sell em.

hopefully i get good results. pray for me guys. lol

either way, the spring rates are lower than the progress ones. i guess what it comes down to is the springs rates, oh well.
