remove bags and set it down on tires to see what else needs trimming




pull stock axle


cut da hubs off!






wash off 5 years worth of arizona dirt


cut and bend the new hub brackets


mock up, and grind as needed


stock vs. randode


tacked and mocked up


pull the axle and finish weld

did some more trimming, then tossed the modded axle back in for a test, then more trimming with the cuttoff wheel, then another test. i'm done for the day. back bumper is laying on the ground as per the work order.

Did u have to cut the interior plastic panel? What r u going tondo with the gas filler tube?

 

plastics will need to be chopped up if they are going back in. fuel filler will be modded, but inside the stock fuel door.
