Selling my GGP motor mount with the softer 70a inserts installed. Will include the stiffer 88a's. The inserts are super easy to install as well as the Motor Mount itself. There is nothing wrong with the piece Im just slowly reverting my car back to stock as I have no further performance plans for it. I would like to buy another (faster) car within the next year... sooo what does it do?

 

Turns your car into a massage machine lol. It limits drivetrain back and forth movement therefore transferring power more quickly to the wheels. Also increases drivetrain response when you get on it. You get a cool engine sound too! Makes your interior vibrate a bit but with the softer inserts its not all that bad except on a 90+ degree day with the A/C on and car running hot.

 

so what you think about using it on an auto? and where doe they mount? like is it something u can do yourself?

 

Would not be as effective on an auto as it would a manual as you do not get a true feel for the motor and trans but it would still help a little. Moreso if you were boosted like ScionFreds xB. It replaces the motor mount at the front and bottom of the engine. If you open your hood and look down you will see the mount. Its super easy to replace. Jack your car up on the drivers side, use jack stand, crawl underneath your car and you will see two holes where to bolts are. Remove those two bolts and the one side bolt in the center of the mount and slide out the old mount. Then slide in the new one, put loctite on the bolts and tighten them down and its done.

 

hmmm i always shift manually. and floor it like a ****** to feel the power of the mods i done. hmm if i get money quick. i might try it just to see
