Default noise from front right wheel

I have been having this noise from front right wheel for quite a while. The slip indicator kicks in if I drive above 50mph on turns, and car brakes itself thereafter. Took to the dealership found out that the nuts for the steering rack bolts were missing...both of them. Told I need to pay $200+ for repair.

I feel just that putting the two nuts (I already put one and car runs fine now) will solve the problem. What do you guys think ?

They put 4 bolts for a reason XD, make sure they're all tight on there so you don't crash the xB!
