Pardon the noob question, but I am assuming that this will fit a '05?

 

^Nope. The MAF sensor is a different design for the 05-06 tC, this one for sale will work for 07-10 tC.

140$ shipped to Sacramento, CA? Where does it say TRD or Toyota on it? AEM is the company that makes this for the dealership. Do you have any prof of CARB stamp/Stciker? I know that my AEM non TRD (being chrome) is not CARB legal and when I go to smog my tC in the state of California I will have to remove it to smog it with the OEM air box

Do you have paper work saying that this is a TRD from the dealership? Or prof from buying it as a factory upgrade?
