What do u mean with bypass? I have a 2010 tc. Will this work w/o the MAF converter thing? I'm in Torrance ca

will only fit 05-06 tcs

bypass valve as in reduces chance of hydrolocking

thats the bypass. goes in-between the short ram pipe and cold air pipe.
