Default Ground Control Coilovers

http://www.ground-control-store.com/...p/II=108/CA=18

Is there anybody here that can tell me about these? From the looks of it, this is exactly what I want; adjustable ride height at an extremely low cost. Is this setup still going to blow shocks/struts easily like springs do? I'm pretty noob when it comes to suspension. I'm just trying to find the best way to drop my box while risking the least damage. If anyone knows pros/cons to this product I'm all ears.

or switch the radio button from "include any" to "include all"

BTW I'm a little confused that thread. The guy it happened to had an echo. But he said that his kit did not include the rear adjustable seat that minsk showed in his pic... doesn't that imply that the kit changed over time? and may not even be the same one he had problems with?
