Hey guys, selling my XB2 Strup Header. I had it on my car for only 1 summer, so roughly 3 months. I then removed it and got it professionally sandblasted, cleaned, then powder coated satin black. I would've put it back on my car, but I bought a Volkswagen and brought the Scion back to stock.



note: It does come with the CEL eliminator, however it is not powdercoated black, its ceramic coated, so its gray.

i do wonder how well it will do once used. wonder if the coat will burn off or fade over time.

 

Its high temperature paint. My brothers the one that works at the metal shop where they do powdercoating in my area, from drag mustangs, to vettes, they powdercoat all the headers with high temp powder coat to withstand 1000°F, when on average at most under your hood will reach 800°F. Its not like this header is used for racing, its just mild horsepower increase, and mostly sound.

Please use this as a classified, and not a discussion for high temperature paint.
