Default Anyone have Tein H-Techs ?

I have seen many posts reaguarding tein s-tech springs but nothing about h-techs. I would like to lower my xb about an inch and still keep my ride quality. I'm running 215/35 with 18's and it's a bit bumpy now. Most of the posts stated that the s-techs actually improve handling and ride quality. Just curious if the H-techs would do the same without going to low.

I appreciate any feedback!

Well Boss, I have the H springs and love the ride. The handaling is alright at best. A couple of frame braces should help with that though. The only thing to make it a better ride is to go with a larger tire, I am running with a 45 series tire, it fills up the gap perfectly.

H Techs are known as the softest ride out there. I have tried both H Techs and gold lines. The H Techs are def. a softer ride, but you loose A LOT in handling compaired to goldlines.

i disagree about the handling. especially for a 15,000 car (with 108 hp)
My car hugs the road very well with the Tein H's.
Very big improvement over stock.
but the ride is still not what i would call smooth.
Esp. in the back.
I've heard that the rear spring for the H and the S are the same. I wonder if i can get softer shocks for just the back and save $$$.
the front is bearable.

Thanks for the feedback. Has anyone had problems with the stock shocks and struts while using the H-techs ?

I just had H-Techs installed the other day. I like the mild drop and the ride improvement is well worth it. I think the car handles even better now because it's not as bouncy as before. I have 17" wheels.

H-tech all the way for me. Love the slight drop, smoother ride, and I don't notice any sloppy handling others have mentioned.

Seemed like a better alternative than TRDs for me at the time.
