If I were to put rims on a FM, I'd do Gunmetal/Anthracite with a Polished Lip.

Probably Axis Hiro

Hiros look nice but at 18x8.5 I bet they weigh a lot more than the stock rims which is something i dont want, and they cost slightly more than i'm willing to spend

Those ZR1's are sweet. Definitely would be one of my first choices...only bad thing is they don't come in a 19.

But that graphite and FM should look killa together!

well good thing i'm looking at rims and tires... The car infront of me nailed an entire muffler and pipe assembly and launched it at my car today. Couldnt avoid it and it ripped right through the side walls of both my passenger side tires and gouged one of my rims pretty good. Also did some underbody damage and busted some plastic underbody stuff on the car... Also the car was making a tinging noise needless to say it was towed to the local scion dealer where I'll get the goodnews on monday..

EDIT
sorry to hear about the bad news! it's a scary world out there, eh? you can do what you can, but you can't prevent others from doing whatever they damn well please (well... sometimes it's not intentional, but measures should be taken to avoid accidents)
EDIT
the big-5-spoke typa thing doesn't seem to work too well on a car like the tC, eh? They look killer on Evos and 350z... hrmm... I'm trying to figure out the difference in body types... calling one bulky or aggressive doesn't work because all three mentioned are in one way or another bulky and aggressive... I would definately say the ZR1s...

right now I think the tC looks best w/ many-spoke rims... I'd do enkei GF1s)

or

Volks CE28s (10 spokes)

but I think I'd go with the GF1s... cheaper and look a little classier...

why the many spokes? Cause it reminds me of the g35, real classy-looking, but also very sporty

well for now i just had to replace the the tires on my tC, nobody carries nor does the local dealer stock the yoko s32a tire so i ended up getting 4 new toyo proxes4 to go on the car. I've had proxes4 in the past and they were great, should really improve the scions ride. So if I get new rims I definately will need to go with 17s.
