The kit w/ a set of springs and sway bars. is that kit anygood. im looking for a minor drop. It still has to drive in the winter and this looks like a good deal. If you have this kit chime in and tell me what you think.

big_boy_phil has the hotchkis springs, and he likes 'em. Maybe you could ask him. The drop is not to low, and less bouncy compared to stock (according to him)

I was also thinking of doing the stage 1 kit, but I heard the swaybar install is pretty hard and should only be done by a proffesional shop. I'm more of a do-it-yourselfer. I'll stick to just some springs. Probably Hotchkis or TRD.

um noises are common and normal , well depending upon the noise but creaking is normal and a part of life. you cant yell at an installer because of a design element.

I have this Hotchkis Kit and love it. The drop is good and so is the ride. The springs and rear sway bar were a piece of cake, however the front sway bar was a mother. There is no way you do this right without a lift. I did this swap with a friend who works at a dealership. I think it is worth every penny, plus the offramps are a lot more fun now. The cheapest place I found this kit was GSC Motorsports. At the time I ordered mine, they were out of stock and I had to wait for Hotchkis to make the springs. However, it was worth the wait and I don't think you will find it anywhere cheaper. And NO, I have nothing to do with the site for those who are going to ask........Don

i was told 300 350 for install. for that price i will do it my damn self. The noises i was talking about would be a clank of a loose top mount nut. Cringing to hear and tough to tighten w/ hand tools.
