for xB's? I plan on running 15" wheels and stock tires and don't particularly like the stock hubcaps. The stock wheels would look okay painted or powdercoated but locally they want over $500 to powder coats rims!!

Any suggestions on new wheels or painting techniques for painting the stockers?

!@#$ spending five bills to get powder coating. If you want to stay in the 15" market then for $500 bucks you can find something black after market to fit the stocker tires. Not that I am supporting your decision to roll the 15''ers but hey every (wo)man to (her)himself.

 

either go aftermarket to fit the stock tires, or get some trim rings and clear coat and make it look like a black shiny rim with polished lip.
