Default H-Tech problem..NEED HELP

I have an '05 xB with 4700 mi. that sits on Tein H-Techs w/18" x 7.5" rims & 215/35/18 tires.I installed the springs myself with NO PROBLEMS at 2300 mile mark.My problem is that now the front end is making some really F'd up noises(creaking and on the right side, a "thud" when even slightly bumped).I took apart the front end to check the install.NO PROBs.When I re-assembled,the noises seemed to get worse!!...I took it to a reputable shop and they said it looked fine(the install)...the noises are getting worse...WHATS GOIN' ON?!

Your upper strut bearing may be worn out. Also, ensure the nut on top of the strut shaft is torqued down properly. If it's loose or works its way loose, the symptoms will be similar.

Hmmmm, is there a chance this can be because the silencer tubing isn't installed over the springs? Not sure if the Teins come with them but I know my Tanabe's did.

they do come with the rubber for the spring... that could cause this, or if the springs are not seated properlly....

The TEIN Silenser Rubber sells for about $7 for a pair...
