well that is the size of stock tC rims, is it not? ;) i accidentally posted in a xb forum so i feel you.

emo, why don't you take the tires to the place you will get them mounted and ask. seems like they will buldge out a bit since they are 30mm wider than stock tires, but so long as it seals???

dude they wont fit cause our tires our not that wide.. yes the tires you show are 17's but the 245 means its wider... the tc's stockies are 215/45/17.. from what i sexperienced... i believe that is correct though

Thanks for the answers guys... for now I'll leave them and see how they look on my friend's new rims (same size as mine) so we'll see

wow, wish i had sexperience with stuff, well maybe not just anything...

what are we talking about?!!? oh yeah...most people upsize their tires one width (so 225 in our case, 8mm taller). putting a 245/45 would increase the height of the overall tire 27mm (not doing mm -> inch conversion here ;P) so the speedo and odo will be a little off.

245/40 would be 2.5mm taller and is what one would do if wanting to preserve the accuracy of the gauges BUT we can't get those for $50 here now can we?

should fit, will bulge, depends if you like it that way or not...
