Default performance suspension parts

being a muscle car gear head most of my life, i know all the best brand name performance parts, but now that i have my box, I have no clue what are the the best brand name performance parts. So here is my question?

what are the best lowering springs to get.

It would depend on what youre looking for. Tanabes are the lowest but goldlines are right behind. Then if you want real performance go for coilovers. Also other suspension parts would be a rear sway bar and front strut bar.

If you are looking for performance go with the Tein full coilover suspension ... The height is adjustable and you can also controll the damper rate of the shocks ... With the suspension you can fine tune to your driving style or if you take your car to the track you can adjust it to the track ...
