Default Wondering if this idea works...

Okay... so I want to lower my cars, but I do not want to have stock shocks. I was thinking of purchasing the trd strut shocks and trd springs as well. But just out of curiousity, can I always buy different springs instead of the trd springs and would the combination not work as well as the trd shocks... say for ex: HKS Springs + TRD Shocks... or Eibach Springs + TRD Shocks... or Goldline Springs + TRD Shocks. Lemme know yea?

Okay, well I really just wanted to know if any lowering springs would work better than the trd springs with trd shocks. Like what if I bought Eibach (I heard Eibach is top top good) with the TRD shocks... would it have better performance and quality than TRD springs and shocks?

IIRC, the TRD shocks and struts are made by Tokico.

I think the TRD shocks and struts are made to work together as far as performance. Other springs would fit, but unless you know someone who is running a particular combo, it would be hard to predict how the setup would work. I think there are a few people running the TRD shocks/struts with Tanabe DF210s and Goldlines.
