You must of forgot to install the rubber insulaters on the ends of the springs. The plastic covers don't do anything. Let me know if thats the problem, I just installed Debris's DF210 s today and no problems.

Take them back apart and check them out. Most aftermarket springs don't come with the plastic end wraps. You should take them off of the stock ones and put them on the new ones.
If it's not that then the springs aren't seated correctly maybe, but from how easy the install is on the rear springs I think it might be a difficult thing to get wrong.

CHECKED INTO IT AGAIN AND STILL NO LUCK. I'M COMPLETELY BAFFLED BY THIS AND THE FACT THAT NO BODY ELSE IS EXPERIENCING THIS "NOISE" IS FREAKIN' ME OUT. LET ME KNOW IF YOU GUYS WANT TO TAKE A CRACK AT THIS SITUATION AND I'LL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO LET YOU LOOK INTO THIS. I'M IN THE CARSON AREA, OFF THE 405 FWY AND WILMINGTON AVE EXIT. GIVE ME A CALL ON MY CELL IF YOU THINK YOU CAN HELP. (562)254-1295. THANKS GUYS FOR YOUR CONCERN ON THESE SPRINGS.

make sure the side of the spring is not touching the lower coil pocket. you have to be carefull when installing the rear springs to make sure they dont touch. if you jack up the rear, you should be able to push the coil away from the pocket without pulling the spring.
