4 lug to 5 lug?
I'm not sure....but I think you may just have to buy different hubs or hub adapters.....I'm no wheel/tire guru so don't take that as a fact.... but I have a question for you, Why not just order the rims you like in a 4 bolt pattern???
The easy way would be to get a 4 lug to 5 lug "spacer".
Basically it's a block of aluminum that you bolt on first in
place of the tire using the factory 4 lugs. And this block itself
has 5 lugs of it's own that you put the wheel on.
Ever see a ricer on the side of the highway completely missing
a wheel? Guess why that is? LOL Plus, you will throw your
offset off by the thickness of the adapter/converter. Which
means now your wheels stick out goofey.
The proper conversion would consist of replacing your
hubs, rotors, and brakes (and discs in the rear). And as it
stands, I've not seen a "kit" for this. A typical kit would usually
be a complete brake, hub, setup from another toyota that
almost matches up or does happen to bolt on.
I know on the old Porsches from the 70 that were 4 lug like
the 914, we would just replace the WHOLE front end with
one from a 911 and drill and tap 5 lugs on the rear hub to
complete the conversion, and that would be about $1500-2000
in parts depending on which car the parts came from.

they make kits for civic, and there are conversions as well (from different Honda's). . . you can look into it, although you'd have to have a good reason why, as it would be a lot of work

Can't find any adapters. You'd have to change all 4 hubs and rotors and drums. I wish it were possible to put the tC wheels on an xB though. They would look very trick.
