im trying to find some new rims but i plan on keeping the stock tires.

these are the measurements for the rim im looking at ...

size =17x8 offset= +45 backside=6 1/4 bolt pattern=5x4.5

will these fit on the stock tires?
also, what exaclty is 4.5?
