Tein H-tech VS TRD springs
DOn't know much about the teins but i've driven an xB with the TRD springs w/ 18" on it and WOW big improvemet. Great handling & they really reduce body roll. The drop is nice to after it fully settles. Hope this is helpful.....

The lower spring rate accomodates a softer ride I believe, where as the TRD's higher spring rate accomodates performance handling.... cornering etc...

I guess better is defined by what you're loooking for...handling or a softer ride?
I'm gonna say the TRD's because they have better handling. Less body roll means better handling. You know when you take a turn and it feels like the car leans to one side? Thats body roll (if you didn't know) and according to what i've read the TEINs don't stop that. However the TRD's do. Hope this helps!!
