Do you guys know if a if a 16x8 0offset and a 16x8.5 -5offset will fit a scion xB??? or would i ahve to like get like fender flares and what not?

I wouldnt run any wheel wider than a 7.5, maybe 8 at the most. But im not sure about the offset. Sorry

 

You need fender flares. I run a +25, +20 using a 8inch and 9inch wide wheel. fenders sit on the sidewalls of the tires. So yes they will fit, but you need to cut out the fenders and add flares. Better think really good if this what you want to do. It will look super tight with molded body color over -fenders.
